No witness saw and is therefore able to corroborate or contradict Wilson's version of what happened while he was seated in his car.
Proving beyond a reasonable doubt to a jury that Wilson's story is false is highly unlikely based on the available evidence, so we are forced to accept that we will never know if he is telling the truth or not.
Certain individuals with extreme political views insist that Wilson's story is true. In light of FPD's strong-arm role in the extortion racket uncovered by the DOJ, I find this rather odd.
