Organized crime. One more way the revenue shortfall caused by right-wing refusal to tax corporations and the rich is foisted onto people least able to make it up.

No wonder cops dress like star troopers and shoot their victims who do not immediately go limp when cops start harassing, intimidating, and beating them. Cops know they are roundly hated, as thieves and killers understandably are, so they overreact, violently, to every situation.

The social organization preferred by the American ruling class is exemplified by the numerous military dictatorships it has installed around the world to replace the democratically elected popular governments it has overthrown. Always at war somewhere. Always stealing. Always killing. Of course their cops are violent, racist thugs. What else would they be, given the job they do?
