There is no intelligent design "debate," only a handful of medieval lunatics in touch with their inner Taliban. We should teach spontaneous generation in the schools! Oxygen is just a theory. We should teach Lamarck! Mendelian genetics is just a theory. The right wing never gives up. We beat them on Scopes in 1925. We beat them on Vietnam in 1968. They're like the living dead, disinterring themselves every time you turn you back.
