Toxic soup and the Gulf.

New Orleans flood waters, contaminated with heavy metals, petroleum derivatives, and other chemicals, will widen environmental catastrophe if pumped into the Gulf of Mexico. The city should be sealed and converted into a vessel to contain this toxic soup.
