Amnesty International cases.

Editor,

Twenty years ago I was on Amnesty International's mailing list. Every month a little pamphlet came in the mail describing in gruesome detail yet another case of an innocent person being brutally tortured by one or another ally of American capitalists, many trained in the techniques of torture at Fort Benning, GA. I finally reached the point where I couldn't open the envelope when it came anymore, because the stories made me sick. Why don't you dig some of these up and run one or two in your newspaper every day from now through Oct. 5, the day of the coming general strike, so your readers know what torture is.
