FOX News and right-wing hate radio thrive on the failure by the FCC to distinguish incitement from free speech.

A courageous FCC would shut down FOX and rescind the licenses of radio stations that enable lying blow-hards like Rush Limbaugh. Let these demagogues take their case to court AFTER they have been shut down and try to get on the air again.

After one month without being fed slogans grounded in lies, the Tea Partiers will forget what they are upset about.

The crypto-fascist right in this country is far better organized than progressives. The right killed ACORN-- on false pretenses. Certainly we have the ability to kill FOX News. All-out war on their organizing infrastructure can certainly be won and won legally.
