Editor,
Why are Mitch McConnell and other Republicans telling lies to thwart legislation that would prevent these crimes? Why did the (Republican) Bush administration enable these crimes and prevent states from prosecuting them? Why are Republicans trying to set consumers up to be fleeced again by their criminal friends in the banking sector? Is it because birds of a feather flock together?
