Incitement.

Being Jewish, I have often wondered how fascist racial scapegoating could have spread in Germany from a small group of violent thugs to characterize ultimately an entire national political process. Now I see how it works. Utterly shameless lies. Brazen shameless cynical manipulation of ignorant frightened people with half-truths, distortions, insinuations, intimations, and outright lies. And it works. The desired effect is achieved. People who used to be OK now blather rabid hateful nonsense wide-eyed and enraged. Is there no way this incitement by people of Beck's ilk can be prosecuted?
