I don't mean to be insulting, but I am beginning to wonder if the Republicans are just plain stupid.
Ronald Reagan cut taxes because rich people hate to pay taxes, but he ran up an enormous deficit building a 400-ship navy because Americans assume they are supposed to rule the world. Maybe no one ever taught Republicans that A goes with B or 2 plus 2 equals 4.
Surely the Republicans are not barbarians sacking our beloved U.S.A., looting our economy as they tear through our villages on horseback. They are Americans. Aren't they?
